Videos

Add as many as you want — from a link (YouTube, Vimeo) or by uploading a file. They show up on the site in the order listed here. Note: uploaded files are capped at 50MB on the free Supabase plan — for anything bigger, upload to YouTube first and paste the link instead.

Donations

GoFundMe doesn't share donor data automatically — check GoFundMe yourself, then mark matches here. The public tally on the site updates from these numbers.

Public tally (what shows on the site)

This is what actually powers the tally on the site. Editing the RSVP checkboxes above and saving will overwrite these two numbers — but you can also just set them directly here any time, with no need to tie them to specific RSVPs (handy for cash donations, donations from people who never RSVP'd, or just quickly bumping a running total you're tracking on GoFundMe itself).

The letter

Goes out from your Apps Script email as "100 Scoops Day." Use {firstName} anywhere you want it swapped for each person's name.

Who gets this

Unchecked people are skipped entirely.
